Classes will meet weekly, Thursdays from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the ELM Community Center in Winchester, NH.
This is a 12 week program that will prepare participants for the most likely attacks that they or their loved ones may encounter. This is a highly physical class, you will be working hard, but there is no sparring or fighting. Minimal safety gear is recommended, but not required. No forms, history, rituals or uniforms! Real World Self Defense that you can use and teach your loved ones!
Tuition is $65 per month for 3 months. 20% discount if paid in full before or in 1st class!

MONADNOCK TRI-STATE DANCE CLUB
