DHHS Policy:

The E.L.M.M. Community Center, provider #69784, is a partner to N.H. Department of Health and Human Services. Families who receive benefits from the N.H. D.H.H.S. Child Scholarship Fund must be registered for the E.L.M.M.C.C. Summer Day Camp no later than April 1, complete form #2530 (also known as the “Link” form), complete a summer camp enrollment package and pay a deposit of no less than $30.00 per week/resident registrant or $60.00 per week/neighbor registrant (youth outside of Winchester and/or Ashuelot). A N.H. D.H.H.S. confirmation must be on file before the start of camp or before the registrant can participate in summer camp.

  • Kid's Club


    Kid’s Club Summer Camp 2009
    K-4th grade, CoEd
    July 6-Aug. 14, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    The Kid’s Club offers a traditional summer day camp experience, featuring a wide variety of land and water sports. Dedicated staff will emphasize values, relationship building and in spire campers’ self-confidence in a caring and nurturing environment. This camp is designed for younger campers who will participate in a variety of local activities.
    Each camper will have the opportunity to explore the fine arts, archery, fishing, forestry, swimming and more. Located on over 55 acres in the central part of Winchester, the ELMMCC Camp is surrounded by wooded hiking and biking trails bordering the Ashuelot River and Mirey Brook. Children can explore the rich environment through demonstrations by camp counselors, and learn to use their own local resources. The ELMM Kid’s Club makes nature exploration fun and easy. Campers have several on-site activities to choose from, including basketball, arts and crafts, bowling, volleyball, kayaking, tennis, archery, baseball, street hockey, daily trips to Winchester’s town beach and field trips. The variety of activities allows every camper a
    camp experience.

  • Adventure Crew

    Adventure Crew Summer Camp 2009
    Grades 5-8, Co Ed
    July 6-August 14, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    The Adventure Crew offers a traditional summer day camp experience with more challenging opportunities for older campers. Led by experienced staff, campers will learn to “brave” the world around them. Active boys and girls will explore the adventures of mountain climbing, kayaking, canoeing and offsite wilderness exploration. On-site and off, campers will build self-esteem and confidence while learning basic survival and wilderness skills. ELMMCC Summer Camp focuses on building strong communities, creating connections, building lasting friendships and creating a safe place for youth to enjoy their summer.


    Rates: Winchester residents, $115 per two-week session or $65 per week for either camp.
    Registration begins April 1. Registration packets are available at 20 Durkee St.,Winchester.

    The ELMMCC does accept NH DHHS childcare reimbursement. For families already enrolled print this form 2530 , fill out the parent portion and mail to the ELMMCC (PO Box 82, Winchester, NH 03470). We will complete and return this form to NH DHHS. This form verifies that the ELMMCC can accept payment for your child. If this verification cannot be processed before the regsitration deadline posted the ELMMCC will require parents to pay the regsitration fee and when the ELMMCC receives reimbursement parents will be reimbursed their out of pocket expense.
